The Buying Process
The home buying process can be daunting. I know that there’s a lot to think about outside the process itself. That’s why I’m here to breakdown the process and help you take the steps needed to make your big transition. Below is a step by step process you can expect when working with me.
Initial Consult
Being on the same page is important. I want to listen to your needs and develop a strategy specific to your goals.
Application &
Pre-Approval
Pre-approval is a must in todays market. It shows sellers that you’re serious and able to make the next step. I’m happy to work with your preferred lender but I also have a few I can refer you to.
The Home Search
Based off our initial consult we’ll use the process of elimination to narrow down homes that fit your needs. We’ll look at them online and in person.
Submit Your Offer & Mutual Acceptance
You found it! How do you get it? I’ll work with you on structuring an offer that works for you and is competitive in todays market.
Due Diligence & Inspections
We’re in the drivers seat. The sellers have accepted your offer and it’s time to ensure the property is up to snuff. They’ll be a few deadlines that you need to meet, but my team will be working hard behind to scenes to pull the transaction together
Escrow and Closing
Time to sign the papers and get the keys! We’re in the final few days of the process and I’ll be communicating with you on exact steps specific to your transaction.
Moving Day & Beyond!
You’ve closed on your new home, but my service doesn’t end there. I’ll keep you in the loop on your investment, provide you with maintenance tips, and continue to be your trusted Real Estate Advisor.
